Oli) Well over a week has gone by since the KIMM and I am still too sore to
do any real training. But it was definitely worth the pain and effort. Andrew
Middleditch and I finished 4th on Elite - the sort of result that is likely
to tempt us back for more in the future...I am determined to improve on this.
For now, though, I am satisfied that we ran the best race that we could. I have
never run that far or for that long before so it was an interesting experience
to venture into the unknown for a change. We were both very impressed by the
level of competition, and Steve Birkinshaw and Morgan Donnelly ran a very strong
